SHIPPING

Shipping within Australia is charged at a flat rate of $10 per order for orders UNDER $35.00, and will be shipped EXPRESS via Australia Post Parcel Post.

Shipping internationally is $10 for STANDARD SHIPPING or $20 for EXPRESS SHIPPING and free EXPRESS SHIPPING for orders over $85.00 and will be shipped via Australia Post International Parcel Post.

A tracking number for your order, so you can track your shipment via the Australia Post tracking service.

All orders require signature on delivery by the recipient. To ensure your order is delivered safely, we will not send orders with Safe Drop or Authority To Leave.

Orders will be shipped within 2 business days from placement unless are unforeseen circumstances occur in which case we will contact you directly. The progress of your order will always be updated via email.Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays within Melbourne, Australia.

RETURNS

Our returns & exchanges policies only cover items purchased directly from our web site.

FIT and COMFORT GUARANTEE (MASKS)

If you are not happy with the fit or comfort of your mask we will refund your money. You will only need to pay the shipping back to us. The item must be returned in the original packaging.


If the mask is over stretched or damaged in any way we will not refund. So please be careful when trying on.

Change of mind

The following terms and conditions apply to change of mind:

  • You must contact us no more than 14 days from the date of your purchase to arrange a return. Please DO NOT send an item back without contacting us first.
  • The item(s) must be in original condition - unused and unwashed, with original labels and swing tags attached.
  • You can opt to exchange the item(s) for the item(s) purchase price. Initial order shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • All return shipping costs are at your own expense. If you opt for an exchange, please include a self-addressed postage pre-paid satchel when you return the original item(s).
  • We are not liable for any loss/damage whilst a return item is in transit. For this reason, we recommend returning the item(s) via a postage method with tracking and adequate coverage for loss/damage.

PRODUCT CARE

Our products are made from superior quality yarns and need special attention when laundering. Always follow the care label precisely.

Incorrect washing/handling may result in your product shrinking and/or felting.

Washing, Drying & Storage

We suggest a cold hand wash in a delicate soap (preferably for wool) for all Alpaca and Merino Wool Products.

Do not tumble dry. Lay flat for drying.

Store natural fibre products in a cool dry place with a natural insect repellent to stop insects eating the fibre.
