• The item must be in original condition – unworn and unwashed, with original labels and swing tags attached.
• Items from our discounted Sale section or Spring Clean section are FINAL and not eligible for "Change on Mind" returns.
• Return shipping costs are at your own expense. For exchanges, include a self-addressed postage prepaid satchel.
• We are not liable for loss/damage in transit; use a postage method with tracking and adequate coverage.

15. Store Credit and Gift Certificates

Store credit does not expire and is non-refundable.Gift certificates are valid for use for 3 years from the purchase date and are non-refundable and non-transferable.Gift certificates and coupons not issued directly from our website are not valid for use.

16. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping within Australia is free for orders over $200 and at a flat rate of $10 for orders under $200. Orders will be shipped via Australia Post Parcel Post.
• International shipping is calculated based on location and order weight, shipped via Australia Post International Parcel Post.
• Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne within 5 business days from placement. During sales promotions and events, orders may take up to 10 business days to ship.
• All orders require a signature on delivery by the recipient. We do not use Safe Drop or Authority To Leave.17. Product Colour & SizingWhilst we have ensured that all product images on our website represent colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer/device screen will show these colors as intended. Actual product measurements may vary slightly from those stated on each product page.

Our products are made from superior quality yarns and need special attention when laundering. Always follow the care label precisely. Incorrect washing/handling may result in your product shrinking and/or felting.
