Personal information provided is stored securely this includes name, address, telephone number and email address. All personal details are for our use only and would never ever be released, sold or rented to any third-party entities or individuals.
We do not store credit card information when you make a purchase. This information is only used to complete your purchase via our secure merchant facility.
Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST. Tax exclusive prices will be shown for international customers during checkout.

Shipping within Australia is charged at a flat rate of $10 per order, and will be shipped via Australia Post Parcel Post. Individual orders of $400 or more will be shipped free of charge within Australia.
Shipping internationally is calculated based per order based on the delivery address and final weight, and will be shipped via Australia Post International Parcel Post.
A tracking number for your order, so you can track your shipment via the Australia Post tracking service.
All orders require signature on delivery by the recipient. To ensure your order is delivered safely, we will not send orders with Safe Drop or Authority To Leave.
Orders will be shipped within 2 business days from placement unless are unforeseen circumstances occur in which case we will contact you directly. The progress of your order will always be updated via email.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays within Melbourne, Australia.
